Pina Colada Smoothie

This is a quick and filling breakfast smoothie for only 4 Weight Watchers Points Plus
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup of pineapple juice
- ½ cup light coconut milk
- ice
Instructions
- Put the first three ingredients in the blender and blend. Add ice according to your preference- the more ice you use, the thicker the smoothie will become. Enjoy!
Sounds yummy and easy to make. Do you use coconut milk from the refrigerated cartons or canned coconut milk?
I used canned coconut milk (I got mine at Trader Joe’s).
